Refund Policy

We want every client to be completely satisfied with their Filmito experience. This policy outlines how refunds work and what to expect if a project does not meet your standards.
Our Guarantee
Filmito stands behind the quality of every project we deliver. If you are not satisfied with your final deliverable after using all included revision rounds, we offer a full refund. No questions asked.
This guarantee reflects our confidence in our work. With 900+ five-star reviews and a track record of exceeding expectations, we rarely process refunds , but the option is always there for your peace of mind.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must have gone through all revision rounds included in your package and communicated your feedback clearly in writing. We need the opportunity to make it right before processing a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your final deliverable. Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email us at ceo@filmito.io with your order number and a brief explanation of why the deliverable did not meet your expectations.
We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Items
Rush delivery fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once the expedited timeline has been initiated.
Custom add-ons or services purchased separately from standard packages (such as additional stock footage licensing or third-party voiceover talent) may not be eligible for refund if those services have already been rendered.
Retainer Plans
Monthly retainer plans (Viral Reels, Dedicated Editor) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for retainer plans are prorated based on the work delivered during the current billing cycle. If no work has been initiated for the current period, a full refund for that period will be issued.
Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your case to our management team by emailing ceo@filmito.io. We will review your case within 5 business days.
We are committed to finding a fair resolution for every client. In many cases, we can offer alternative solutions such as additional revisions, a different creative approach, or credit toward future projects.
