Refund Policy

Filmito does not offer refunds. A payment for a one-off ad or a monthly plan is final once it is made.

We can say that because of how every film is made. On every ad you approve the script, then the sound (voice and music), before any footage is made. Launch includes two revision rounds. Monthly plans include unlimited revisions within the month. A film leaves the studio only when it is right. We are not happy until you are happy.

Two revision rounds are included. Revision notes are sent in writing, so both rounds have a clear brief to work from. Extra rounds beyond the two are quoted before we start them.

Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel any month with 30 days notice, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Brand Partnership has a 6-month minimum, and its terms are set in its contract.

Months already paid are not refunded. Cancelling stops the next payment, and the work for every paid month is delivered.

Annual prepay (Growth Annual, Scale Annual) is final once paid. Its price, 12 months for the price of 10, is set on the full-year commitment.

If we cannot take on a project after you pay, for example because the brief asks for something we do not produce, we return the full payment before any work begins. Cast Me follows the rule on its own page: if you are not cast within 30 days of paying, the casting fee is returned in full.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the consumer law of your country.
