Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the work, we refund your payment, minus the credits already spent on AI generations for your project.

This covers what you pay Filmito directly: one-off ads, monthly and annual plans, films and Filmito Originals. Orders placed on Fiverr and Cast Me follow their own rules, set out below.

Every film starts with your approval of the script. No footage is made until you approve it, and we take care of the rest. Launch includes two revision rounds. Monthly plans include unlimited revisions within the month. A film leaves the studio only when it is right. We are not happy until you are happy.

We refund the payment you made for the project, minus the credits already spent on AI generations for it. If no AI generations have been made yet, the whole payment comes back.

The refund goes back to the card or account you paid with. It usually reaches the card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.

When we generate footage with AI engines, every generation uses credits, including the takes that never reach you. Those credits are used up the moment a shot is generated, which is why they are not refunded.

Before any refund is made, we tell you in writing the credits spent on AI generations for your project and the amount that comes back to you.

Two revision rounds are included. Revision notes are sent in writing, so both rounds have a clear brief to work from. Extra rounds beyond the two are quoted before we start them.

Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can cancel any month with 30 days notice, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Brand Partnership has a 6-month minimum, and its terms are set in its contract.

Cancelling stops the next payment, and the work for every paid month is delivered. If you are not satisfied with the work on a plan, the same promise applies: we refund your payment, minus the credits already spent on AI generations for your ads.

Annual prepay (Growth Annual, Scale Annual) is 12 months paid up front for the price of 10, and the same promise applies to it.

Filmito Originals follow the same promise. If you are not satisfied with your film, we refund your payment, minus the credits already spent on AI generations for it.

If you ordered through Fiverr, Fiverr's own terms decide refunds and cancellations, and Fiverr holds your payment until you approve the delivery. This policy covers payments made to Filmito directly.

If we cannot take on a project after you pay, for example because the brief asks for something we do not produce, we return the full payment before any work begins. Cast Me follows the rule on its own page: if you are not cast within 30 days of paying, the casting fee is returned in full.

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the consumer law of your country.
