Terms of Service

By accessing or using Filmito services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Filmito provides video production services including but not limited to video ads, viral reels, brand films, AI commercials, and dedicated editing services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Filmito. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. For annual prepays and Brand Partnership contracts, invoicing may be available upon request.

All payments are final, as set out in Filmito's Refund Policy at filmito.io/refund, which is part of these terms.

You own the finished work. When a deliverable has been delivered and paid for in full, Filmito transfers to you all rights it holds in that deliverable, worldwide and without a time limit. You may use it, edit it and publish it for any purpose, on any platform, with no usage fees and nothing to renew.

A film can contain third-party material, such as licensed music, stock footage, a typeface or a voice. That material stays under its own license, and we choose licenses that cover your commercial use of the finished film. If a project needs a license with limits, we tell you before the work starts.

Unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place, you allow Filmito to show the finished work in its portfolio and marketing. Political and campaign work is the exception: we do not show it or name the client without written permission. The deliverables are the final exported files. Working project files are handed over when your package or a written agreement includes them.

Cast Me is different. It is a casting agreement, not a commission: a Cast Me episode is a Filmito production you appear in, and the agreement you accept when you apply sets out who owns the episode and what you may do with it.

On every ad you approve the script, then the sound (voice and music), before any footage is made. Launch includes two revision rounds. Monthly plans (Growth, Scale, Brand Partnership) include unlimited revisions within the month. Revision notes are sent in writing.

Extra rounds on a Launch ad beyond the two included are quoted before we start them. Final approval of a deliverable is acceptance of the work, and changes after final approval are treated as new work.

You are responsible for providing accurate brand information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

You warrant that any materials you provide (logos, images, footage, music) are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and licenses to use them.

Filmito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Filmito for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration rules.
