By accessing or using Filmito services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Filmito provides video production services including but not limited to video ads, viral reels, brand films, AI commercials, and dedicated editing services. The specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may also modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Filmito. Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

We accept payment via major credit cards and other methods as displayed at checkout. For orders over $2,000, invoicing may be available upon request.

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for commercial purposes. This includes use in paid advertising, organic social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Filmito retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Raw project files remain the property of Filmito unless explicitly included in your package.

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions must be communicated clearly in writing. Additional revision rounds beyond your package limit may incur additional charges.

Final approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work. After final approval, further changes are treated as new projects.

You are responsible for providing accurate brand information, assets, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.

You warrant that any materials you provide (logos, images, footage, music) are owned by you or that you have the necessary rights and licenses to use them.

Filmito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Filmito for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration rules.
