No. The price on the rate card is the price you pay, and revisions are included. Extras are priced up front: Rush delivery in 48 hours at 40% on top of the base price, an extra language version at $197 and an extra format at $147.

No. All payments are final. No footage is made until you approve the script and the sound, and Launch includes two revision rounds, so the film you receive is built on what you approved. We are not happy until you are happy. Terms for monthly plans are on our refund page.

Yes. You can start with Launch and move to Growth or Scale when you want new ads every month. Growth and Scale have a 3-month minimum, then you can cancel any month with 30 days notice.

Launch is paid by card through Stripe when you order. We never see your card number. You can also order through our Fiverr Pro gig, where Fiverr holds the payment until delivery approval. The base prices match; Fiverr adds its own service fee, and the gig has its own delivery and revision terms.

Every ad ships in 16:9 and 9:16, both in 4K. Other ratios, such as 1:1 for the Instagram feed or 4:5 for the Facebook feed, are $147 each.

Every plan delivers the final exports. If you also need the project files, say so in your brief and we will tell you what we can hand over.

For footage we use Seedance, Kling, Google Veo and Grok Imagine, chosen shot by shot. People edit, color grade and sound mix in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve. The tools change; a person still directs every shot.

Yes. You own every finished film we make for you: all rights transfer to you on delivery. Use it for paid ads, organic social, your website, presentations, or anything else.

It depends on the film. We use AI footage, licensed stock, animation or footage you send, often a mix. A director chooses shot by shot. Most AI takes are rejected before you see a cut. Titles and on-screen text are set by hand in the edit.
